Parashuram (Darshan) is a cop who saves an international celebrity Raja from the jaws of death and becomes amicable with him. Parashuram falls in love with Geetha (Deepika Kamaiah), but due to certain tiffs they get seperated. Geetha flies to Switzerland for a music audition along with her friend. Parashuram follows his ladylove only to discover that she has been kidnapped by a human trafficking gang there which forces young girls into prostituion. Parashuram wishes to save her and he seeks help from his friend Raja. How Parashuram saves the life of Geetha and how he rescues her ladylove forms rest of the movie.

Handsome hunk Darshan is the main draw of Chingari. He entices everyone by his stylish looks, costumes and dialogue deliveries. The punch dialogues are an obvious treat to Darshan fans. The comedy track is good as well. Heroine Deepika Kamaiah has given her best, but is overshadowed by Bhavana in some of the scenes.Kudos to director Harsha for giving such a fiery action movie like Chingari with lot of twists and turns. The effort the director has put to present the movie is worth appreciating. The screenplay works, except for a few loopholes. The second half lacks the energy and pace of the first half, but the last 20 minutes of movie bring it all together.
